 Tifeo belongs to the earliest races of giants. Tifeo fell into a deep sleep sometime at the beginning of the Golden Age. A spell was infused into the land of giants altering the DNA of Gaia, Tifeo’s mother. The giant nutured by the immortal blood of Gaia was Poisoned. It is said, as the giant disquised himself as a devilchild to learn the reason for the ancient secret of why the giant ancestors had systems of good and evil. The giant wanted to ensure as a she, he could find the right way and cross the river leading to the land of “ancestors”, which was a passage only handmaidens, and crones made. But she fell under a spell of the bloodthirsty fearsome one, who tried to take from Tifeo the ancestral arcane ancient wisdom, hoping it would empower the darkest magic crystal in the land, the one that controls the climate and the seasons. It is dark blue lapis lazuli. The bloodthirsty giants were unsuccessful and perished, all except for one who roams lost in the underworld while Tifeo sleeps. |

The Collage of Science and Religion |
 There is an ancient secret garden where science and religion dance as a molecular dynasty. They have played and danced together since time first began, and our human family has built worlds and realities with their five senses, that this ancient gardenignited long ago, when mythic and storytelling were born. The sixth sense and its dimension that bonds these systems together: the supernatural, the superstitious, the oracle legacies, and the legends that fascinate our human nature spin as sure as the world turns, endless correspondences, is there a seventh sense too? Science and religion two sides of the same coin, they are forever one, just as sure as the atom is nothing without its electron. Einstein once said: “Science without religion is lame, religion without science is blind.” |

The Philosophy and Language of Collage |
 Collage for me is a layered world. Like the philosopher’s egg, fire and stone these elements form the 'precipitation of language ' in each collage work. Philosophy, science, religions, history and politics, their language constructs all play important parts in my collagework. In composing a collage I imagine an infinite variation of different ways to inquiry into the “way of something”, or “the how of something”. Whether a question, news feature, or just a spontaneous thought. This never ending study of the nature of psyche and the unconscious is for me a path to touch the meaning of all the knowledge, inside myself and out there in the world. |

As my blog writing evolves you are going to hear more and more about my dog; “Galileo-Lilleplutt Von Virtual Reality”, and he is every bit of what his name signifies. A Briard with a haircut. He is a discoverer, a charmer and sensitive communicator. His friendship is not only unconditional, he encourages and insists that I be open, give with all my heart and be spontaneous. He asks this of me in our daily lives together as we live our life and approach the world together with unbridled playfulness and purity of heart. When I make a fool of myself he joins in and makes a fool of himself too. He loves to yodel too, like I do. |
